OhMyTip (ohmytip.com) is a free website, operated by an individual based in the Republic of Cyprus, that publishes football predictions, statistics, match analysis and odds comparisons. OhMyTip is not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold money or process payments. You can contact us at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal gambling age in your country is higher, to use OhMyTip. Gambling laws differ from country to country. All predictions, tips, probabilities, analysis and statistics on OhMyTip are general information and entertainment. They are not financial, betting or professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to place any particular bet.

Football is unpredictable. No prediction is certain, and past results, including our published track record, do not guarantee future results. You may lose money when you bet. Any decision to bet, and any loss that results from it, is entirely your own responsibility.

The OhMyTip name, logo, design, texts, predictions and our compilation of data belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Club and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify teams and competitions.

We provide OhMyTip "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhMyTip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including betting losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
